Loading Hoses

Leaks or cracks in the loading hoses of the blade holder affect the loading pressure.
The measurement of the pressure must be performed at the same time at both ends of the loading hoses. The pressure must be the same at both ends. Different pressures indicate a leak in the hose. A leak in a hose may cause a pass through.
Too high a loading pressure causes excessive wear in the blade. This is indicated by the melting of the blade tip and laminate, and by the bending of the blade, resulting in the malfunction of the doctor blade.
The right choice of the loading hoses is essential in view of the performance of the blade holder. Impurities in the hose tunnels cause variation in the loading pressure, and therefore the loading hoses must be installed in strict accordance with the instructions.
